The City of Offerman qualified and received the  2021 ARPA GRANT (172k) and has completed upgrades to its city park.

Upgrades include repairs to the basketball court, basketball goals, walking path, benches, lighting, pavilion, playground equipment, landscaping, and ADA accommodations'.
